Brad began working professionally in musical theatre at the age of 18 at London’s Grande Theatre in Gypsy. He’s since played in all the major Toronto theatres; traveled coast to coast with Cats & Phantom; starred in Ye Gods at the Charlottetown Festival and worked with Harold Prince, Marvin Hamlisch and Trevor Nunn. Bradley introduced the character of Roxxie Terrain in 1995 at the La Cage dinner theatre. She’s subsequently played from here to Newfoundland.
Joel’s professional career started at age 21, when, fresh from graduating with a Masters degree in Music, he was hired as the Resident Musician for The Savoy Hotel in London, UK – the youngest musician to ever hold the post. After three years of entertaining the casually rich and shameless (his quote) Joel moved on to fulfill his ambitions as a composer and performer. Having scored a number of independent movies, as well as TV and radio drama for the BBC, he moved to Canada on the back of a deal with a Toronto-based record label. His original band, The Joel Lightman Band, has toured 4 continents and released three albums. Joel has worked with a who’s who of elite musicians & has over 100 album and performance credits to his name. He & Roxxie have been a headlining team for 3 years.
